My computer (notebook not any of my desktops) decided to crash on my Monday afternoon when I got home from college. The computer didn't get past the Windows logo when you first boot up and when it did the computer restarted and went to the menu for safe mode and such. Trying to boot into safe mode however failed and ended up restarting when it hit the same point. End result, I had to do a system restore. Reformatted the hard drive and restarted from scratch, taking about 10+ hours to configure all my personal settings and such. Hopefully this time when I get the chance I will create a recovery point right where I have it now and create a system restore disc with the current configurations etc.

Has its performance improved in any way?

Well it actually stopped an annoying skipping in processes that I had before hand, so that is an improvement over beforehand.

Now though I can't figure out what I did to make my N64 emu work on my computer with 32 bit display rather than 16 bit ><;
